On July 24, 2003, WFH gave permission to Chris Berryman for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

Chris Berryman here again. Got another approval, this one related to but
not including Nickel Creek (yet, I'm still working on that =) )
This is for the shows billed as the "Watkins Family Hour" which is Sean and
Sara from Nickel Creek without Chris Thiele.
Sean Watkins last night (July 24th 2003), at Largo, Los Angeles, immediatly
following a "Watkins Family Hour" show, was presented with information about
archive.org, and was asked if permission could be granted for hosting of
"Watkins Family Hour" shows at the archive. He responed with permission and
indicated that he would love to recieve copies of any shows taped.
